Gas piping and equipment insulation for TAP project

Pipes insulation according to Acoustic Insulation System.

Mineral wool mat stitched on galvanized wired mesh was used to minimize energy loss. The mechanical protection of insulation material was made by cladding comprising aluminium-zinc coated thin sheet steel, internally sound-dampened with an anti-resonance board (acoustic insulation).  A butyl-based vapour barrier was applied to the outside of the insulation material in order to avoid ingress of water and water vapour into the insulation material.

Compressor exhausts insulation using mineral wool mat stitched on galvanized wired mesh. . The mechanical protection of insulation material was made by stainless steel sheets of 0.9mm thickness.
