Ducts - Equipment Insulation

The insulation is done with mineral wool of plates (flat surfaces) or rolls with chicken wire. Thickness and density are determined according to the operating temperature.

Tolerance of mineral wool approaching 1000 ˚ C.

Plate remains firmly held by special nail that is welded on surface and seal with washer.

All structures are coated to protect the insulation.

Coating depends on the environment.

In chemical as well as in foodstuffs industries we place INOX AISI 304 sheet having a thickness of 0,6 - 0,8mm.

In coastal areas as well as in industry coating made with crafted aluminum or galvanized metal sheet thickness 0,8 - 1,00 mm.
