Burners – Biomass boilers insulation
Their insulation due to large temperatures are complex.
Boiler firstly covered with ceramic wool 50mm, 128kg / m³ density and then with mineral wool 80mm - 100mm thickness with chicken wire, 100kg / m³ density.
For insulation and coating fixation we use perimeter support ring or we create frame with metal beams.Coating type of insulation varies.
It can be done with aluminum metal sheet, with stucco aluminum sheet or alternatively with galvanized metal sheet.
