Steam network instalation

Steam networks insulation is done with mineral wool 100 kg/m³ density. Insulation thickness varies depending on the diameter of the tube from 50mm - 100mm.

Return pipe insulation is made with mineral wool 75 kg/m³ - 80 kg/m³ density, while the thickness varies from 30mm - 70mm depending on the diameter of the pipe.

Coating is made with crafted aluminium metal sheet. To food industries insulation made with INOX AISI 304. For equipment (valves, flange, filters) we use divided boxes that includes the insulation. So we can maintenance the equipment by easily removing the insulation without destroy it.
